He is a typical stubborn and never gives up what he wants. He is the toughest and his perseverance is admired by everyone. He is very interested in the mankind's culture and that makes him innocent and naive some times. Garra is the leader of the group so he always been faithful to his creator untill he fell in love with Pandora.
During his training, Garra learned how to use the Medal of Sun and so managed the ability to create plasma and control it.
